4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD (card payments) or HKD (Alipay)
• All sales are final once report generation begins
• If report generation fails, you may retry for free or request a refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

5. Service Tiers

• Free Trial: Preview of top 3 programs, one per user
• Basic ($9): Full AI consultation with program recommendations
• Advanced ($49): Enhanced consultation with extensive web research
• Upgrade ($39): Upgrade existing Basic report to Advanced

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute our reports without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional educational consulting advice. We do not guarantee admission to any program or the accuracy of all information provided.
